I recently had the opportunity to  participate in the Cascade  24 Hour Complete  ActionPac.  Proctor and Gamble sent me a trial size of their new Cascade Complete ActionPac and asked me to prepare the following blueberry cobbler.
Blueberry Cobbler
  • 2 cups  of fresh blueberries
  • 1 can of blueberry pie filling
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2/3 cup of all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 packages of instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Mix blueberries and pie filling in the bottom of a baking dish.  Melt butter.  Add all dry ingredients to the butter and stir with a fork until mixed.  (This should be crumbly).  Sprinkle crust over filling and bake for 30 minutes.  The filling should be bubbly and the crust should be slightly brown and crunchy.  Enjoy!
This was so yummy!!
After we  enjoyed the cobbler, I was to leave the baking dish out overnight without rinsing. ( were they crazy? Theres no way this pan would ever come clean)

After 24 hours, I was to wash the baking dish in the dishwasher using a Cascade Complete ActionPac. ( Preparing to throw the pan away its one of my favorite casserole dishes or attempt a back breaking scrubbing marathon either way the tears would be shed)
When the dishwashing cycle was over I dreaded looking but……………………………
Cascade 24 Hour Complete Challenge and Review
All I could say was WOW!!! I love it!!!! No more washing the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher for me anymore!!
Prior to taking the Challenge I gave 5 of my members the opportunity to take the challenge with me. I held a giveaway and Random.Org picked 5 winners. I asked each of the winners to be completely honest with their reviews.
Here are their reviews:

Finally was able to take the Cascade Challenge.. & I must admit I was antsy to see if how it would turn out! My dishwasher was down, but once I got it fixed I made Baked Apple Cobbler.  I burnt the first batch, how perfect.  I used my burnt batch dish with the Cascade, and all of it came clean expect a tiny little speck that even took me several minutes to finally get off! I was very impressed with how clean the dish got.  There was not any fog on it either. The detergent I had been using previously, usually seemed to leave a fog like substance on parts of my glasses.  I had fun taking the Challenge, & am happy to say I will be a returning customer! Thanks!

I used one of the 3 packs on just a regular load of dishes. I ran it on a short wash, the dishes were clean, but the pack didn’t dissolve. I baked an Apple Cobbler and sat it on the counter for 24 hrs, I didn’t do anything to it but dump out the left overs and put the pan in the dishwasher. I ran it this time on a full wash. The pan came out completely clean. couldn’t tell that I didn’t wash it first. and the pack completely dissolved. as long you don’t wash it on a short wash the pack dissolves, but either way it does really good on cleaning dishes…and stuck on food

I made a peach cobbler for my review, let it sit on the sink without any water for a little longer than 24 hours. After the 24 hours was up I put it in the dishwasher on a normal cycle all by its self with a cascade power tab. Once the cycle was complete the dish came almost completely clean with the exception of some stuck on spots. I feel though that it got the dish cleaner than any other product and that it is a good product to use. I would definitely use it again and I recommend others to try  it and use it as well!

I cooked a chicken and biscuit casserole.  After we finished the meal, I
left the skillet sit overnight and dry.  Today I put the skillet and
assorted other cheesy plates.  After the washing cycle was over, I
checked the status of my cookware and it was very clean.  The inside of
my dishwasher looked sparkling also.  Thank you Cascade for the great
(the 5th winner did not complete the review 🙁 )
