I was recently sent the Cave Tools Chicken Wing & Leg Rack to review.

If you have been with me for awhile then you know how much I love Cave Tool Products. Whats not to love they are fantastic products and they have a warranty on their products that can't be beaten! 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you don't feel like its worth the money you paid for it they will refund your money!!

So let me introduce you to the Cave Tools Chicken, Wing & Leg Rack. Its made of Polished Stainless Steel.

The rack is super easy to put together just pull up the Sturdy Stainless Steel Rack Legs which have a have locking mechanism so it won't tip over or collapses when cooking and lock them in place. When your finished cooking just squeeze the mechanism and the legs will fold flat. The rack will hold wings, legs and thighs. You can also use it in the oven.

Today I am going to make some bbq chicken drumsticks and test it out.

My recipe is super simple. 12 chicken legs and a bottle of bbq sauce. When I am barbecuing chicken I don't like to put any seasonings on it not even salt and pepper. I love just that barbecue flavor from the grill and the sauce.

My chicken legs were nice and plump but their poor little  knob (not sure if they have a name for it or not so I will just call it a knob lol) anyway the knob kept slipping through the slots so I simply took a small piece of foil and make a kinda neck and it hung on the rack perfectly.

It is super easy to hang them and when finished it looks like the picture below. I have a Weber Gas Grill I did have to remove my top rack so the lid would close. As you can see I had to make little neck on a few of them.

I set the grill where the knobs are about midway which is about 350 F or so. Closed the lid and let those babies cook!

Looking good!  I continued to let them cook until the internal temp was about 175 F then I slathered them in bbq sauce and let them finished cooking until the internal temp reached 185 F

Yes, they tasted as good as they looked!

As you can see the bottom of the tray was a little yucky but a quick rinse and into the dishwasher cleaned it right up!

This rack can be used in the oven as well

Another great product from Cave Tools!!
