4 chicken breasts
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t ground ginger
2 T onion flakes
1/2 c bourbon
Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl or ziploc bag. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinade at least 8 hrs but better overnight.
To cook, heat oven 325 deg F and bake chicken in marinade for 90 minutes or until well browned and cooked through. Baste frequently.
Delicious served with noodles or rice.
