So let me introduce you to the Cave Tools Stainless Steel Kabob Rack. It's made of Polished Stainless Steel.

As you can see it comes in two (2) pieces Why? Because the Kabob Rack is designed so that you can use any skewers. Long, short, wooden, round, square, steal and the rack will expand to fit them.


So what kind of grill would you use this on? You can use it on any grill it will work and actually, you don't have to use a grill at all. I decided to use it in my oven. A lot of the products Cave Tools sells are universal they can be used in the oven as well as on your grill. Cool huh?

So for the review, I decided to make some BBQ Hawaiian Ham Kabobs


Thread Ham chunks, pineapple chunks, red and green peppers As you can see these inexpensive wooden skewers fit perfectly on the rack. If I were using a grill I would not have put the rack on a baking sheet (not a fan of cleaning my oven lol)


I put these in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.


I brushed some bbq sauce on and broiled for a minute or 2. They were wonderful!

The base of each of the racks are wide enough to be stable and won't tip over. as you can see from these pictures of them on a gas grill



Now how do they clean up after using? Cleanup was a breeze I just put them on the top rack of my dishwasher. Easy peezy!
