Here's how I was able to get mine- I filled out the form and hit submit Nothing happened so I left the browser open and opened a new browser and continued to find new freebies to post came back about 15 minutes or maybe longer (wasn't keeping track) and it had changed to a new form asking me for my address and I hit submit and it was done my seeds are on their way
